“I valued Jo’s assistance during the year. Her great strength is in the coaching area and job design and it is fair to say it was in this area more than any other that I used Jo. She had extensive discussions with both a number of my problem children as well as helping with some of my direct staff. The great highlight for me was in getting the AD programme up and working. She picked up something that was say half done and basically drove this to completion. It achieved all my high goals for the AD group and I am seeing some real benefits from this cohort post the programme completion. This programme had definite commercial outcomes and goals and Jo took all that into account with the programme design and she worked well across the business to deliver a product that at least in part will be picked up across Wholesale.”
